Non-woven Sleeve Cover

Non-woven sleeve covers are disposable items for arm protection. They are made of non-woven materials and are usually worn over the arm part of work clothes or clothing, covering the wrist to the elbow or higher.

Our non-woven sleeve covers are made of 25g/m2 high-density polypropylene fibers. This structure can block 99.7% of 5-micron particles, far exceeding the 85% of ordinary fabrics. In the liquid protection test, our sleeves can withstand water pressure of 80cm in height without penetration, while ordinary fabrics can only withstand 20cm of water pressure.

The tensile strength of our non-woven sleeve covers reaches 60N/5cm, which is 2.5 times that of ordinary textiles. In the wear resistance test, our sleeves remain intact after 10,000 frictions, while ordinary disposable sleeves will show obvious wear after 3,000 times.

Our non-woven sleeve covers are made of 100% degradable polypropylene material. Under ASTM D5338 standard composting conditions, it can degrade 60% within 90 days and completely degrade within 180 days. In contrast, the degradation rate of ordinary plastic sleeves under the same conditions is less than 5%.

Our non-woven sleeve covers are antistatically treated, and the static decay time on their surface is less than 0.1 seconds, while untreated fabrics take more than 10 seconds. The peak static voltage of our sleeves does not exceed 100V, while ordinary sleeves may generate static voltages as high as 1000V. This allows our products to reduce damage caused by electrostatic discharge in the electronics manufacturing industry.
